The City of Alhama de Murcia through the Department of Social Policy Association is working with the Holidays in Peace and the Association of Friends of the Saharawi people of Alhama, to support the project host, during the months of July and August, children and Saharawi children from refugee camps in Tindouf.
It reported in a press conference the Councillor for Social Policy, Fina García, together with the President of the Association of Friends of the Saharawi people of the town, Said Mohamed Said where both were on a call of solidarity for all citizens to the reception of these children.
The aim of this charity project is to take on the toughest times of the year to as many children in the subhuman conditions under which survive in the worst place in the Sahara desert.
Welcoming these children for 2 months more difficult by the high temperatures reached in that place, also be provided with basic vaccines, good food and knowledge of another culture.
