The councilman of Environment and Pedanías, Antonio García, has reported on the repair of potholes in the road of the Cuesta del Marqués, which is the link of the RM-515 with the hamlet of El Berro and the Sierra Espuña Natural Park by House Leiva.
The work, with charge to the general direction of Medio Natural, began this Monday and consists of the urgent repair of the most pronounced tunnels of the road that are causing inconvenience and damage to the vehicles.
García thanked the director of the Natural Park Sierra Espuña, Andrés Muñoz, and also the general director of Medio Medio, Consuelo Rosauro, who have attended the requests of this City Council and those of the residents of El Berro and Gebas.
"This improvement is provisional and we ask for an integral arrangement of the road due to the poor state in which it is located, which is an old demand of the users who pass through it," he added.
The repair is scheduled to end on June 29.
