Although in the Fiscal Ordinance of the year 2009 the reduction of the rate from 0.58 to 0.54% was approved and the Law establishes when a new cadastral valuation of a reductive coefficient in the liquidable base is made, which has been decreasing throughout 10 years, as announced we have shown insufficient to cushion the impact of the cadastral review.
The truth is that today there is no reducing coefficient, so, both the cadastral value and the tax base, have doubled.
All this despite the fact that in 2015 the Corporation in full requested to receive an update of values ​​that involved the application of an update coefficient of 0.78 and a reduction of 22%.
From IU-Verdes we ask the PSOE not to square the next 2020 budgets to hammering.
It is necessary that you reconsider, lower your cloud and feel the reality, before perpetrating this unjust run over the pockets of all the neighbors.
On the other hand we do not share the call for demonstration promoted by Citizens, and backed by VOX, in which it puts in a bag a robbery to the citizenship with the contribution, with new municipal tax rates in the Tax of Economic Activities to companies that invoice more than one million euros, on the rates established by the Ministry of Finance.
