Friday gathered at City Hall the Mayor of Alhama, the Councillor for Education, Councillor for Planning, Councillor for Sports and the municipal architect.
The meeting was attended as guest editor of the project architect adapted to the new location of IES Valle de Leiva, director and head of Physical Education of the current school.
The aim was to meet the new project, to assess whether the needs posed by the school management and the architect consider their contributions to incorporate the wording of it adapts.
The sports facilities of this new center will be higher than those that are currently being built in secondary schools in the Region of Murcia.
The IES Valle de Leiva will include a sports hall, instead of a small gym.
The City Council assumes the full cost of this pavilion project and to give better service to the institute and optimize the space for municipal use.
It will be located in the sports complex The PRAICO, where the track Skate Park now stands.
In the area of ​​the former two sports pools tracks contained in the current project will be installed.
The meeting ended with a visit to the facilities of The PRAICO to see first hand the spaces.
