On Thursday, November 17, a new day was held in the program "Promotion of autonomy and prevention in the elderly" that has been developed from the Municipal Center of Social Services of Alhama de Murcia.
Agents of the Civil Guard shared the morning with neighbors of the municipality and explained to them the Plan of prevention and security to the mayor, that has been developing in all the municipalities from the Secretary of State of Security of the interior ministry.
In particular, they were exposed the main threats detected in older people: mistreatment, theft, theft and fraud.
For this the agents exposed the current situations of danger, the way to prevent them and the possible actions.
The Municipal Social Services Center is grateful for the collaboration provided by the Civil Guard Barracks and their agents this morning full of curiosities, anecdotes and alternatives where each of the participants could expose their experiences.
