[Colon and Rectum Cancer Prevention Program.

Since 2009 the program of Prevention of Colon and Rectum Cancer has been carried out in Alhama for men and women between the ages of 50 and 69 years.
The objective is the early detection of colon and rectal cancer by two stool tests taken on two successive days.
All persons between the ages of 50 and 69 who are assigned to primary care physicians in Alhama will receive an invitation to attend the Health Center, which details the day and time to deliver the screening equipment (necessary for Taking stool samples).
On the back of the invitation, the collaborating pharmacy offices are also specified, which they can turn in by presenting the letter of invitation to remove the screening equipment.

9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The address to which the letter is sent is the same that appears on your Health Card, so you must notify the Health Center of any change of address.
If you are between those ages and have not received the letter of invitation, go to the Health Center and ask for the information.
There you can provide a copy of the letter and correct errors in address that could be the cause of not receiving it.
