This meeting discussed topics related to:
- Participating bodies.

- Regulations of the Center.
Providing a reminder of the basic rules of operation, transportation, personal hygiene, food, health, etc.
- The idea of ​​establishing a coordination protocol with the Health Center, Dementia Unit, Neurology, together with the necessary services, by the professionals of the center, for a continuous monitoring and evolution of the condition of the users.
- Changes in the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia through the Murcian Institute of Social Action (IMAS) and the City of Alhama de Murcia, to provide the service of Day Center for older people, consisting of Basically to provide day care to people in a situation of dependency, in an individualized and integral way, in order to improve or maintain the highest possible level of personal autonomy and support caregiver families.
- Presentation of the team of professionals of the Center.
- Programming and services of the Center in 2017. Among the innovations of the workshops, the users will gradually gain access to the therapeutic use of the Heated Pool.
- Proposals of the family assistants for the elaboration of groups of formation on several topics of interest presented.
Both the coordinator of the Social Services dependency program and the professionals of the company that runs the Elderly Day Center offered a questionnaire among the family members with the objective of improving the service provided by offering them support, information and advice.
