The I Local Employment Plan was approved and launched in the first half of 2012, and included a period of execution from its approval until 2015.
It included a first part that dealt with the diagnosis and analysis of the situation, presenting various tables and graphs which specified mainly the evolution of variables related to employment, such as population data with different variables, unemployment data, membership Social security, hiring, study and enrollment levels of the population and strategic projects planned in that period.
Subsequently included measures to be developed from different municipal socio-economic bodies, with 31 actions to be implemented by the City, and others from the following agencies:
- SEF
- Education centers
- Financial entities
- Local Consulting
- Association of construction entrepreneurs
- Unions
- Big enterprises
- Industrialhama
The II Local Employment Plan is currently being approved.
In it, the diagnostic part has been ignored, since we have an extensive information about it included in the 'Alhama Suma' project, which is applicable to the diagnostic phase of this plan.
The draft was presented at the Local Council of Economy and Employment, held on March 16 of this year, and later to the Local Council of Citizen Participation on April 4.
This, as in the previous one, includes measures to be implemented from different agencies, mainly from the City Council, which will carry out as planned 24 actions, divided into 4 areas: projects, training, entrepreneurs and companies, and others.
Measures are also presented from the SEF, Industrialhama, CETEC and secondary education centers.
The time horizon extends from its approval until the year 2019.
Once the different proposals submitted by agencies and neighbors of the municipality are studied, the final draft will be presented for approval by the municipal plenary.
