The Department of Women has organized a series of activities intended to make visible the problem of violence against women.
From the Department of Women on the occasion of 25 November: International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
Has organized a series of activities.
This is to make visible the problem of violence against women, unite against the perpetrators, to promote solidarity with the victims and disseminate CAVI service from which you work with this group since 2008.
The activities to be performed on the occasion of this day are the following.
Awareness workshop with the students of 2 º ESO, the Institutes of Alhama de Murcia.
VII Poster Contest "No Discrimination, No Violence, and Equal Terms" will be exhibited at the Casa de la Cultura, from 22 to 29 November.
The Tuesday 23 November.
There will be a set of white ribbons, with volunteers from the various associations of women in town, where the weekly market.
On Thursday 25th November:
March against domestic violence.
We started at 16:30 at the lobby of the Casa de la Cultura.
Then, concentration and reading the manifesto of rejection as the end of the march in the auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura.
Subsequently, presented the award to the winning poster VII edition of the "no discrimination, no violence and equal" in the Auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura.
Friday November 26:
Children's Party for Equality and responsibility between men and women.
With the Gymkhana Inflatables and family.
(In the old Park Road Education in the Park La Cubana starting at 16:00).
From this council invite all people to participate in different activities and show we are a people issue and we are united against domestic violence.
We also thank women's associations help in all these activities.
