Draft Plan Parcial Parque Industrial land subdivision phase "the Valley" (11/08/2011)

In May 2006 the City Council drafted the Valley Industry Partial Plan, following the expansion of our newly opened park with the phase of the Coast, having been stalled its passage until March 31, 2011 which finally approved the amendment n PP 1 in the Valley, five years after its inception.

In this month of August has been entered in this council the proposed land subdivision, commissioned by Industrialhama SA for approval.

The grounds of this unit with a total surface reparcelable 630,248.50 m2, land owned almost entirely Industrialhama property.

Of this total, 40,996 m2 will be devoted to small industry, 98,114 m2 to 123,404 m2 light industries and for the location of large companies.

In addition and as commercial uses, 118,392 m2 will be used for shopping, hospitality area and 2383 to 4.697 in private parking area.

Public funding is likely to occupy a total area 14,581 m2 of public social and other sports area 16,938 m2 as published.

To this we add the 68,605 m2 green areas, 31,871 m2 as area for roads, and 142,136 m2 as roads and public car parks.

A performance with a total of 430,433 m2 floor area with which the corporation wants the land management process to address any investment to be of interest to our town wants to settle in it.

It was concluded that performance in front of our Industrial Park, building a large driveway and connecting large arteries of our polygon, Avenida Avda Europe and Switzerland, improving the entrances and access to the phase of the coastal Avenue through Switzerland.

Is the total budgetary future work at the figure of eight million euros (PEM), and a budget of total contract performance over eleven million, dividing the work in phases, which aims to auction before end of the year the first of these, worth more than two million euros, provided by INFO Industrialhama through the banks represented in the commercial and non-repayable grant funds received from Miner, for 500,000 euros.

This phase aims to undertake the commencement of the works of the great avenue, the future main entrance of our polygon, improving access to our park and avenue connection with Switzerland, gateway to the phase of the Coast.

These actions, in direct coordination with the Instituto de Fomento de la Region de Murcia, will generate industrial land for potential investments in our town and improve access to our industrial park and the possibility of expanding services for our business based in This Industrial Park, undoubtedly the best in the region of Murcia, a key part of the future development of our municipality as a generator of employment, the main task of this new administration.
