Valuation of the regular plenary session of August 2011 - IU-green (28/08/2011)

Over the past four years, our two mayors have left to sell the virtues of his Covenant, and that there was no crisis in Alhama.

Now we are face to face with reality, as they have gone the 30 million € which won the Municipal Government for the sale of urban exploitation of Condado de Alhama, and know nothing of the "famous" investment plan in which all participate to decide what action was undertaken.

The truth is that we find that, in settling the 2010 budget, the duties of this council recognized the rights exceed more than 5 and a half million euros (€ 5,656,008.72).

Moreover, there is no lending amounting to € 8,723,251 and the doubtful and balances reach a sum exceeding € 11 million.

This leads to the conclusion that the alhameños, PSOE connection with the Government of the Nation and the Government of PP Valcárcel, has meant we have been paying big financing works and propaganda posters, which largely should be subsidized by central and regional governments, with the "mana" of urban exploitation as if we were "rich kids".

For the year 2011, expectations are not much better, as already planned an over-expenditure imbalance compared to incomes above € 1.6 million.

With this background, the current PP-CCD Government approved an economic-financial plan, which aims to reduce expenses in the Chapter of Goods and Services provided to citizens, with a cost of electricity and reducing subsidies groups and associations in our town.

Just as a brutal decline in investment.

To earn more, we propose the rise of the contribution, an operation which would be absorbed by the rate of waste-reducing subsidies on municipal taxes and revise upwards the fees and charges.

Without ruling out the possibility of using a credit transaction to finance current expenditure.

The Economic and Financial Plan 2011, results for 2012, a decline of 1.2 million euros less in services to citizens, reduction of € 50,000 in grants to social groups of Alhama, and the decline in investments are € 200,000.

However, what they will pay alhameños reflects 1.7 million more in indirect taxes, maintenance of direct taxes (ICIO) and € 800,000 less in fees (that of the rate of waste is absorbed into the IBI ).

All this, without further specification or explanation tables and a statement of intent.

As IU - Greens voted against.

Subsequently approved the annual accounts for submission to the Court of Auditors.

They show the results of the budget 2010, which only serve to confirm the doubts raised when the budget was approved.

On the appointment of Councillor D.

Ignacio Martinez as a municipal representative on the Public Transport from IU and expressed our position against the integration of our City Council in this entity, and the proposed appointment.

IU-Green filed two motions, the first on CAM intervention was rejected by the PP government-CCD, which was against the creation of a public savings, which from our group we consider an essential tool to bring credit to households and firms to promote economic development and job creation.

On the motion that the City agrees to include in the next municipal budget a game designed to support international aid to Somalia, won the unanimous support of all municipal groups, which we appreciated.

In the question and answer section from the Municipal Group of IU-Greens insist that the possibility is open to those attending the plenary session to perform prayers or questions, we are interested in the Equality Plan, the irrigation of street trees or signaling Road Ral.

Likewise, we demand documentation on allocation of grants to NGOs and the related market of the County that we have not yet provided.
