Finishing the summer, the government team has regained the initiative to account for the decisions taken weekly by the Local Government Board.
The Councillor Chair, Carmen Maria Rodriguez, charged with giving explanations, offered this morning all the information about the agreements reached at meetings held on 27 July and on 3, 24 and August 31 are as follows:
RESOLUTIONS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD AGENDA JULY 20, 2011
- Grant planning permission to individuals.
- Licensing of segregation / fragmentation.
- Approve the Final Certificate of Measurement of Works "Storm Reservoir West Zone," which amount to the amount of 94,430 euros including VAT '86.
- Approve the Final Measurement Certification of additional works to the "West Zone Reservoir Storm," which amount to the amount of 10,025 € '19.

- Approve the Certification no.
4-last works "Setting ciclocalles in Alhama de Murcia, Phases 1, 2, 4 and 5," amounting to the amount of 26,285 euros including VAT '79.
- Approve the proposal from the council of Celebration to establish the conditions Hosteleros Installation Day at the Fair during the Festivities 2011.
- Approve the proposal from the council of Celebration to establish the conditions for installation of Rocks in the Hall of the tents during the feast 2011.
- Approve the Proposal of Councillor Planning to start record procurement of works called "Deck Store Change City" whose budget performance contract is the amount of 135,993 euros '49 incl.
- Approve the Proposal of Councillor for Urban Development Awardee requirement as proposed for the play "Rain collectors in Ral, Ginés Campos Avenue station area under FFCC
- Providing a grant to the Association of Residents of the hamlet of El Berro for the realization of the festivity of the hamlet of El Berro.
- Providing a grant to the Association of Residents of El Barrio de los Dolores for conducting the Festival of El Barrio de Los Dolores.
- Approve the proposal from the Sports Councillor for the establishment of a cooperation agreement with the Moto Club Alhama, for use of the Circuito Permanente de Motocross "Las Salinas".
- Approve the proposal from the Sports Councillor for the establishment of a cooperation agreement with the Sports Association for the Organization NOGOVI Local League Futsal.
- Approve the Proposed Councillor Industry Draft agreement between the Hon.
City of Alhama de Murcia, Industrialhama, SA and Urban Conservation Authority Industrial Park.

- Grant planning permission to individuals.
- Adhere to the proceedings initiated by the City of Torre Pacheco, for awarding the Bronze Medal from the Villa to all those groups (cultural, sporting, social and community groups) that are older, or more, twenty years and have worked for the municipality, with the celebration of 175 anniversary of its constitution.
- Approve the proposal of the Councillor for Education to amend the Municipal representative appointed as Chairman in Committee of Education of Early Childhood Education and Primary and Secondary Education and Baccalaureate courses for 2011/2012.

- Approve the proposal from the Executive Councillor for Culture on approval of agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and the Board of Fraternities and Sororities Pasionarias Easter.
- Approve the proposal from the Executive Councillor for Sports on Approval of Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and Murcia Club Organizer cycling career.
- Approve the proposal Councilman Festivities declare the Adjudication Procedure Authorizations Installation Stalls, stalls and rides for the festivity of the year Alhama de Murcia 2011 (Fair 2011).
- To approve the record of openness and negotiated procedure for the allocation of authorizations Occupation Public Domain for the installation of stalls and rides during the festivity of Alhama de Murcia (Fair 2011) as well as Fair Alhama de Murcia 2012.

- Grant planning permission to individuals.
- Approve the proposal from the Executive Councillor for Staff to request the Office of Employment Alhama a Concierge for the development of functions and tasks of counseling in public schools during the school year 2011-2012 which begins next September and ends in June 2012.
