"The contribution for 2012 urban and rustic" (09/05/2012)

Among the measures proposed in the plan are recorded the rise of urban IBI four hundredths, from a rate of 0.47% to 0.51 each, and one hundredth paperback, ranging from 0.61% to 0 , 62%, a proposal that was included to be approved by the full month of October, in the Fiscal 2012.

These are the types proposed by our city council, within the framework set by the Economic and Financial Plan for the year 2012.

In December, the Central Government approved the RDL 20/2011 which contained a number of measures to cut the deficit Spanish, among which included increases, exceptionally and only for 2012 and 2013, rates for urban property, not the rustic, with higher assessed value of each of the municipalities of Spain, a percentage that varied according to the cadastral review year.
