Chair Councillor, Carmen Maria Rodriguez has realized this morning of the various agreements reached at meetings of the Local Government conducted from June 10 until last week.
The mayor stressed that the meeting held on 10 May, the government team agreed, inter alia:
Approve the proposal from the Executive Councillor for Tourism on extracurricular paid internships in the Department of Tourism through an agreement with the University of Murcia.
To approve the joint proposal of the Councillors of Environment and Culture on signing of the Settlement Agreement Annex X of the activities of the International University of the Sea at the headquarters of Alhama de Murcia.
Approve the Proposed Councillor Training, Employment and Local Development Approval of Agreement with the Union of Cooperatives of Associated Work in the Region of Murcia (UCOMUR) for the promotion of social economy, the promotion of employment and local development .
Approve the proposal from the Personnel Executive Councillor for placements in the city of Alhama de Murcia for two students from IES Valle de Leiva de Alhama, through the cooperation agreement signed with the Institute for the Development of Training Module Department of Labor.
Moreover, the Local Government Board in special session held on May 17 approved, among others, the following resolutions:
Grant building permits to individuals.
Approve the contract specifications of the Technical Service Maintenance Facility Lifts in Centres that rely on the City Council.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement with the Foundation of Vocational Training for Employment (FORPE) for the development of joint actions on Training and Employment.
Approve the Proposed Resolution on Special Appeal on Procurement, filed by ROWAN, SL
The mayor has also listed the decisions taken at taken at the ordinary meeting held on May 23 were as follows:
Grant building permits to individuals.
Proceedings to grant authorization for Start-Up Activities.
Approve the Proposed Councillor Training, Employment and Local Development to apply for grants to Regional Employment and Training, bound for the realization of Courses for unemployed workers.
Approve the Proposed Councillor for Works and Services for approval of the contract dossier "Ornamental Lighting Special Service for the Festivities and Christmas in Alhama de Murcia and districts."
Congratulate the College Football Alhama by the rise of a team of Senior Category Category Autonomous Preferential, being ranked third.
Finally, Rodriguez has listed the agreements of the regular meeting held on 6 June 2012 were as follows:
Grant building permits to individuals.
Proceedings to grant authorization for Start-Up Activities.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement with Grupo Folklorico Villa de Alhama, development and promotion of cultural activities thereof.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement with the Chorus and Dance Group Virgen del Rosario de Alhama, development and promotion of cultural activities thereof.
Approve the Agreement with INDUSTRIALHAMA, SA and the Urban Conservation Authority Industrial Park Alhama for the year 2012.
Approve the text of the Cooperation Agreement between the Health Service of Murcia and the City Council for the provision of public assistance and disaster emergencies, and emergency use of infrastructure proposed by the Health Service of Murcia.
Approve the Cooperation Agreement for the Improvement of the quality of life and wellbeing of people with disabilities in Alhama de Murcia, between the city of Alhama de Murcia and Munuera Francisco Foundation.
Approve the proposal from the Executive Councillor for Sports grants and aid for programs Municipal Sports in Alhama de Murcia 2011/2012, for a total of 75,000.00 euros.
To approve the proposals of the Executive Councillor for Sports provision of premises in the multipurpose building of the Sports Praico several clubs and sports associations of the town, for the development of the activities of the Club.
Approve the contract dossier Service Summer School 2012 (EDUCAVERANO 2012), and have negotiated the opening of proceedings in their mode of handling urgent.
Aitor Bernal congratulate Paul for being selected to represent Spain in the London Olympics next summer, and part of the cycling team composed of five road cyclists, mountain biking and three of eight track.
