Carmen Maria Rodriguez, Councillor of the Presidency, has this morning of arrangements for meetings of the Local Government Board that have taken place over the summer months and they are as follows:
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on July 10, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses to private works.
- Granting licenses segregation.
- Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and the Neighborhood Association of the District of Los Dolores.
- Approve the Draft Agreement of Assignment of Facilities and Equipment for training of Regional Employment and Training.
- Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Alhama de Murcia and the Association of Residents of El Berro.
- Approve the Terms and Conditions of the Fair Day, Beach Bars and Tents of the Rocks of the Fair 2013.
- Approve the Draft Cooperation Agreement between Salvador Ceron Pagan (MURCIAVENTURA) and the city of Alhama de Murcia.
- Approve the Draft Educational Cooperation Agreement between the University of Murcia (SIOC) and the city of Alhama de Murcia.
The Local Government Board in extraordinary session held on July 18, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses to private works.
- Proposal by the Executive Councillor for Culture and Heritage on internships in the city of Alhama de Murcia a student at the University of Murcia, through educational cooperation agreement between the two institutions.
Proposed Environment Councillor for signing commissioned management agreement between the Segura Hydrographic Confederation and the city of Alhama de Murcia.
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on July 24, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Granting licenses Segregation / Parcelación.
- Sign a Cooperation Agreement between the CARM Education through the Department d Education, Training and Employment and the town of Alhama de Murcia, Department of Employment and Human Resources Development Internship Module No Labor.
- Apply for Grant to Regional Employment and Training course completion "Auxiliary operations and general administrative services"
- Approve the partnership agreement for conducting training practices between the city of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Women and Integrated Service Company AMG, SL.
- Award the Contract Ornamental Lighting Service Special for Christmas party Patron and Alhama de Murcia and districts to commercial ELECFES, SL for an annual amount of EUR 55919.01 11742.99 plus the amount of euros in the 21% VAT.
- Approve of Floats Tender for Christmas 2013.
- Proposed Town Planning Councillor easement Constitution in the House no.
49,340 to access Gebas WWTP.
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on July 31, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Grant Building Permits.
- Approve the regulatory bases for Cockaigne Contest for 2013 Fair.
- Approve the regulatory bases for Migas Competition for the 2013 Fair.
Award the contract to service different classes Performing physical activities for adults and counseling in the commercial Gym CADE, SL
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on 8 AUGUST, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Grant Building Permits.
- Proposal of Councillor delegate hiring a staff Educoteca monitor and Social Collaborative Social and Cultural Activities
- Proposed Executive Councillor for Social Welfare on the home help service in the municipality of Alhama de Murcia
- Award the contract for Professional Services Municipal Center for Psychosocial Care, Maria Jose Garcia Ruiz, amounting to EUR 56,412.33 plus 10% VAT.
- Proposal of Councillor Requirement Planning on Telefonica of Spain, to remove antenna-tower in Loch Street.
- Approve of Floats Tender for Christmas 2013.
- Proposed Town Planning Councillor easement Constitution in the House no.

The Local Government Board in regular session held on AUGUST 21, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Grant Building Permits.
- Grant released Proceedings of Commissioning and Operation of Activities.
Proposed Councillor Training, Employment and Local Development Subsidies for Employment Promotion in Alhama de Murcia.
The Local Government Board at its regular meeting on September 4, 2013, approved, among others, the following agreements:
- Grant Building Permits.
- Proposed Celebrations Councilmember released adjudicate the occupation of the public domain for the installation of Stalls, Booths and attractions during the festivities of Alhama de Murcia in 2013 to D.
TORTOSA MANUEL PARRA AND OTHERS.
- Proposal for the Department of Agriculture and Water for Water Study of the situation and possible allegations Township Project of the Hydrological Plan of the Segura Basin.
- Proposal of Councillor of Education three days modifying instructional No Course School Calendar 2013/2014, with the following Tuesdays January 7, 2014, Tuesday April 22, 2014 and Friday May 2, 2014.
