The City Council of Alhama de Murcia, through its Department of Education, Employment and Local Development reports on the implementation of the National System of Youth Guarantee, regulated by Royal Decree-Law 8/2014 of 4 July, adoption of urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency.

The purpose of the National Youth Guarantee is that young people are not employed or integrated systems in education or training and who are over 16 and under 25, and in the case of people with a degree of disability equal to or greater 33 percent over 16 and under 30, they can get a job, continuing education, apprenticeship training or internship after finishing formal education or be unemployed.
To benefit the National System of Youth Guarantee is necessary to be registered in the file established by Royal Decree-Law mentioned.
Entry requirements:
- Have Spanish nationality or become citizens of the Union or State of the European Economic Agreement or Switzerland who are in Spain in the exercise of free movement and residence.
They may also enroll foreign holders of an authorization to reside in Spanish territory that enable to work.
- Be registered in any city of the Spanish territory.
- Having more than 16 years and less than 25 or less than 30 years for people with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, at the time of requesting registration in the File of the National Youth Guarantee .
- Has not worked in the 30 calendar days prior to the filing date of the application.
- Not have received educational activities involving more than 40 hours per month in the 90 calendar days prior to the filing date of the application.
- Not have received training activities involving more than 40 hours per month within 30 calendar days prior to the filing date of the application.
- Submit a have expressed interest in participating in the National System of Youth Guarantee, acquiring a commitment to active participation in the proceedings conducted under the Youth Guarantee statement.
Registration procedure:
The entry in the file will be in a telematics based eID (electronic ID, electronic recognized certificate or other recognized means) and username and password.
Who does not have e-mail ID or Certificate may request USERNAME and PASSWORD in the form can be downloaded from the same portal Youth Guarantee, which is to be submitted in any of the registration offices of the Central Government or CARM.
