The director of the Institute of Development (Info), Javier Celdrán, is meeting today with representatives of the company FRUVECO SA to advance the procedures of the investment project the firm realizaen Alhama Industrial Estate, in which the Ministry of Development Economic, Tourism and Employment, through the Unit Acceleration Investment is working to speed up the first phase, consisting of cold storage and packaging líneade, which has a budget of 37 million euros.
Total investment in the three phases of the project is 80 million, along them is planned hiring 150 workers, with an impact in reducing local unemployment develop between 5 to 10 percent, for it is going to start personnel search with the help of the Regional Employment Service and Training and the Unit Investment Acceleration.
Furthermore, the new facility will incorporate technological innovation, a more sustainable manufacturing permitirádesarrollar.
Javier Celdrán noted that the draft FRUVECO also serve to attract new investments in food companies to Alhama Industrial Park, which manages the Info.
