The Councillor for Citizen Security, Felipe García Provencio, and the outgoing head of Civil Protection, Ana Belen Garcia Canovas, have appeared this morning to explain the reasons for the voluntary cessation of Ana Belen as coordinator of this organization as well as the assistant coordinator, Alfonso Aledo Lopez.
In his speech, Ana Belen has indicated that the cause of his resignation is due to personal reasons, "has been four years in which we did not have weekends and holidays, have left sections to family and friends, what it has affected my health. "
Also he added "the need to take a break, to take a break" and clarified that it is not a farewell, but will continue as a volunteer in the organization.
Canovas Garcia had to face Alhama Civil Protection officially from November 2012 and ended his post in the coming year.
