It is for this reason that the city of Alhama through the Department of Education and in collaboration with the Department of Parks and Gardens applied for a grant for an Initial Vocational Training Program in the form of Workshop Professional Activities Professional Profile Nursery and Gardens Auxiliary, for 15 young people aged 16 and under 21 years old before December 31 of 2008 who have not obtained the Certificate in Secondary Education, young students who are at high risk of ESL, without qualifications and / or a history of truancy properly documented school youth with a strong rejection of the school or that, in a state of cultural and educational disadvantage, have left compulsory schooling early and show interest return to formal education.
