Several children from the town readers receive awards 2008 (20/01/2009)

As every year since 1995, the City of Alhama through the Department of Culture within its objectives to encourage and promote reading and books, delivered, on Friday 16 January, the prizes to the readers as the Municipal Children's Library, in 2008, have used the library as much with their assistance in the loan books of various subjects.

The award was given by the Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Jesus Basauri also featured a performance also Pepa Robles made more enjoyable and fun event with his stories and songs.

This award is a small recognition that encourages the use of different services of the Library and that girls and boys get to know the possibilities it offers, thus becoming, in addition to their school work, training and as entertainment in their leisure time.

The winners in the different sections, in 2008 were as follows:
