The City of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Employment and Local Development works with BDA in the organization and conduct of the Training Course for Pesticide treatments Phytosanitary qualified level, on the evening of Tuesday May 19 the council inaugurated Employment and Local Development, Jose Lopez Nuñez.
This course will last 55 hours and will be held in the multipurpose room of the Business Incubator between 19 May and 12 June in the last day the practice will be held at the Center for Integrated Agricultural Training and Experience Lorca.
Will be taught by Luis Alfonso Moreno, Agronomist.
The course is aimed at stores responsible for phytosanitary treatments to people who carry on his own farm land to support staff and using pesticides or generate gases are not classified as toxic or very toxic, as well as heads of land-treatment equipment.
The prerequisite for this course is to update the baseline.
With the training the aim that students acquire sufficient skill levels in the plant pesticide application, qualified level, enabling them to:
Make proper use, storage and handling and proper application of plant protection products and their packaging as well as machinery and equipment.
Awareness in such important areas as the prevention of occupational hazards, health and safety or occupational health, as opposed to other productive sectors such as industry and construction where these aspects are much more social relevance.
Recognize the application of first aid.
Have information about the legislation.
