In point of Condado de Alhama Plan Part II remembered that I voted against the Special Infrastructure Plan (IEP) because it is not convinced and thought that we were falling short in the level of demands embodied therein.

As to the point of modifying the budget with extra credits and supplements of some expenses that I started criticizing the amendment proves that such assumptions were not realistic or appropriate to meet the needs of alhameños in an economic situation like the present, assuming a lack of foresight.

But I voted against the extra-credit recognition of expenses already paid for previous years, most telephone communications, protocol, or other expenses to which the comptroller found fault for not following the correct procedure as the Christmas lights, 2007 or monitoring of the tents in 2006.
I understand that since the government team have no choice but to take and pass this to regularize the accounts.
But I from my role in the opposition vote in favor or abstain at this point I would be contributing to my attitude to these slips and follies continue to occur.
Therefore I believe that my responsibility requires me to be strong, on the one hand censoring these malpractices in the management and administration of resources and other voting against recognition.
