The new Taxpayer Service Offices (ASIREC) extend its services to provide improved care to its users (29/12/2009)

On Monday morning December 28 the new offices were opened to ASIREC available to all users in the Plaza of the Americas, compared to the old facilities that remain open for business management and leadership topics.

In the opening ceremony was attended by the mayor of Alhama Juan Romero, Councilmember of Finance Jose Lopez, and other members of the government team as José Espadas, Town Planning and Jose Miguel Muñoz, councilman of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

The Councillor for Finance reported that the new agreement between the municipality and the company establishes a term of 10 years' duration, after which the facilities will be directly owned by the City Council.

Moreover, the mayor emphasized the purpose that the City has to offer improved processing services to citizens according to the needs of the municipality, with the intention to streamline management and improve service quality.

Pedro Galán, representative of the company, noted that there are several changes that the new offices provide, apart from those already mentioned, they implement their services in the following areas:

1.

Establishing a point of care management and Condado de Alhama Private (town with over 3,000 cadastral units)

2.

Extension agreement with Land Registry.

3.

Integrated management of land registry, the same level as the urban, such as:

- Real-time Processing of declarations of change of ownership of both urban and rustic goods, except in exceptional cases.

- Expansion of authorized users to issue national cadastral certifications through the Cadastral Information Point, valid for a multitude of legal and administrative procedures.

- Improved compliance objectives defined cadastral services are provided in accordance with the quality commitments contained in the Charters of the General Directorate of Land Registry (Ministry of Economy and Finance), due to the quality system implemented by the same Taxpayer Service according to ISO 9001 -2008 and certified by AENOR (ER-1946/2000) - IQNet (ES1946/2000).

Extension of time to the public: Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 6.30, except the months of July and August, coinciding with opening City Hall calendar.

5.

Starting the new agreement with the Headquarters of Traffic (Ministry of Interior) for change of address of vehicle registration certificate and data traffic drivers, at no cost to the owners.

Moreover, ASIREC informs users that the technology improvements over the processing of information will:

- The ability to perform procedures on the part of citizens (with a digital certificate or electronic identity card) for the implementation of e-Government Act, such as:

Personal data query: outstanding debts, payments, fiscal standards, debits, etc.

Debit.

Duplicate receipts for payment or receipts already paid.

Correction of tax residence.

Application for correction of errors in personal data or tax.

- Implementation of notifications digitized and new format with acknowledgment and notice integrated.

- Immediate start cashing service by credit card.

Highlight the increase in staff that the company is experiencing with the opening of its new facilities.
