Gines Martinez Sanchez has been named Violet Award 2010.

Ginesa Martínez Sánchez (1951) is publicly known to be the business of bar Los Olmos, a project that would not have been possible without their dedicated work.

Due to the repression of the dictatorship, her husband could not help the family and was forced for a time to take her children alone with the difficulties that entails the reconciliation of work and family life.
Despite all the obstacles of life, Ginesa Martínez gave up and has managed to combine the work required to survive on their educational and social aspirations.
Born April 1981 in the cafeteria The Elms, a place that did, since its inception, to sell and be a platform for cultural concerns of the municipality.

The jury awarded the prize was made up of representatives of the Women's Advisory Council and as a guest, a representative of the Institute for the Region of Murcia.
