The City of Alhama de Murcia through the Department of Tourism, presented by its director, Maria Elena Marín, the new "Audio Guides" designed to promote tourism in Alhama de Murcia helping to meet its capital in two languages in English and Spanish.
Councillor reported that this action was carried out thanks to a grant awarded in 2009 by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia, with which also has implemented several actions to improve the adequacy of Tourist Office in the locality, in order to obtain the certification of the "Q" Quality.
These 60 audio guides, which can be collected at the Tourist Office, consists of 12 tracks that allow the travel brochure "Once upon a time Alhama de Murcia" a walk through the history of our municipality, the 12 tracks each number corresponds to a different place or landmark and explains its history and characteristics.
With this initiative, this Department, provides interested whether the municipality or visitors the option to make this visit at the time of their choice, complementing the service of the tours that continue monthly on the third Saturday of each month.
