The City of Alhama de Murcia through the Department of the Environment reports that it can be seen at the town's "Energy Plaza", an educational, informative and energy awareness.
This initiative is launched by the Caja Mediterráneo (CAM) through its Social Work, in collaboration with the Department of Environment of the City Council.
It is located in the square at the entrance to the Municipal Auditorium at the following times:
On 8, 9 and June 10 from 9:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
On June 11 from 8:30 to 15:00.
Open to the general public on days 8, 10 and 11 June in the afternoon and 9 June (day of the Region) in morning and afternoon.
The morning of 8, 10 and 11 June are intended to visit elementary school (2nd and 3rd cycle) of different schools in the area, guided by specialized environmental education.
The exhibition consists of three inflatable tents, whose shape is inspired by the appearance of the igloos of the polar regions, each with a different theme and ambience.
This exhibition aims to sensitize the general public and schoolchildren who visit particularly in the responsible use of energy (which is, as it is generated, how many sources there are and what you can do with it) and to reaffirm its commitment to renewable energy development and the effects of misuse of it can have on the environment.
All this and much more is what are the students, who through play, they learn the different energy sources and to differentiate between those that are renewable and non-and know it works.
