The Councilor for Sports, Antonio José Caja, presented this morning the RFME Spanish Motocross Championship of the MXS18, MX65, MX85 and MXF categories, organized by Motoclub Alhama, to be held on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May at the Las Salinas circuit.
Subsequently, the signing of the agreement with the club has been carried out, where the mayor, Diego Conesa, and the president of the entity, Sebastián Muñoz, have been present, amounting to 6,000 euros for the maintenance and conservation of the installation.
It is a very well-established sports event in our town, and this year marks its 42nd edition, where Alhama is again present thanks to the Royal Spanish Motorcycling Federation.
The championship has a total of 150 registered drivers among the different categories (MX65, MX85, MXF and MXS18).
The Las Salinas circuit will be the first to contest the first event in the category of females with 27 participating girls.
