The Local Government Board recently approved the provisional acceptance of the urbanization works necessary for the segregation of a plot of industrial use, property of the commercial Calzados El Jinete SA, for the installation of two new companies in the municipality: a concessionaire and workshop of vehicles and a glassware business.
The City Council of Alhama de Murcia signed an urban agreement, in collaboration with El Jinete SA and Junisa Capital SL, for the adaptation of these lands.
40.5% of the amount of the works, excluding VAT, has been financed from the 2017 Municipal Budget, and the City Council has used the four main pillars that it has been maintaining with the other companies in the municipality with both merchants: security legal, administrative agility, equal treatment and transparency.
To do this, it issued, with the utmost diligence, the segregation license of the farm and will study the incorporation of this unit of action to the Industrial Park in the next revision of the General Plan of Ordination.
The new companies are in an area classified by the General Plan of Ordination as consolidated urban land, Zone 09, Area 09-01, called 'The Horseman'.
There is an estate of 17,697 m², owned by Calzados El Jinete, SA and ASL with two industrial buildings and a third structure.
The company Junisa Capital SL has acquired part of the farm to be used for the sale and workshop of automotive vehicles (Volvo), with an area of ​​5,625 m².
A company related to the glassware sector will also open its doors in another of the warehouses.
