On Friday, May 11, the regional final of school athletics by teams was held on the Yecla athletics track.

The schoolchildren from Alhama came to it, who qualified for the local day on April 27 at the Guadalentín sports complex.

Thus, Alhama participated with two teams of the CEIP Ricardo Codorníu in male and female category, one male of the CEIP Ginés Díaz - San Cristóbal and a female team of the CEIP Prince of Spain.

All the sets obtained great results, highlighting the first place of the female team of the CEIP Ricardo Codorníu and several medals obtained by all the schools in the individual tests.
