The Municipal Summer School 2018 has opened the registration period for primary school children and siblings from 3 to 5 years.
It will take place from June 25 to August 24, 2018.
DATES:
· 1st TURN (from June 25 to 29) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

· 2nd TURN (from July 2 to 6)
· 3rd TURN (from July 9 to 13)
· 4th TURN (from July 16 to 20)
· 5th TURN (from July 23 to 27)
· 6th TURN (from July 30 to August 3)
· 7th TURN (from August 6 to 10)
· 8th TURN (from August 13 to 17)
· 9th TURN (from August 20 to 24)
AIMED AT: 200 children per week, born between 2006 and 2012, primary school students and siblings in Early Childhood Education.
50 students maximum with dining room per week.
SCHEDULE, OPTIONS AND FEES:
· Options July and August:
· Option A: from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(with food).
· Option B: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(Without food).
· Option C: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(with food).
· Option D: from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
(Without food).
· Option E: Bilingual environmental education minicamp of 3 days along with any other of the above options at the end of July, minimum 12 and maximum 40 children.
· Option F: 1st TURN (from June 22 to 30) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

DUES:
· Option A: Full month: 200 euros (fifteen hundred euros).
Week: 50 euros.
· Option B: Full month: 140 euros (two weeks, 70 euros).
Week: 35 euros.
· Option C: Full month: 130 euros (65 euros).
Week: 32.50 euros.
· Option D: Full month: 70 euros (15 euros).
Week: 17.50 euros.
· Option E: 60 euros / camp + any of the other options.
· Option F: 35 euros without food.
DISCOUNTS:
· For members of AMPAS presenting receipt of payment of the timely fee: 10 euros discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.
· For large families, presenting a photocopy of the large family card: 10 euros discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.
· For single-parent families, presenting documentation that proves it: 10 euros discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.

The activities of the period from June 25 to June 29 will be carried out in different municipal facilities (House of Culture, El Praíco, Municipal Pool, Sports Pavilion, etc.).
CONTENT:
· ENGLISH: adapted games and recreational activities.
· WORKSHOPS: environmental education, theater, ceramics, juggling, marquetry, etc.
· THEMATIC DAYS: Citizens of the World, of water, of plants, of the circus, of the fair, etc.
· POOL: adapted games.
· REPRESENTATIONS: theater, songs, dances, exhibitions, etc ...
· MINICAMPAMENTOS: in natural spaces or places of leisure of the municipality or its surroundings.
· EXHIBITION AND FINAL PARTY: as an evaluation of what happened at the Summer School.
NOTE: All activities will be adapted to the ages included in this Summer School.
These will be organized in groups of 25 students per monitor maximum, where they will rotate to participate every day in all activities.
During the development of the 2018 Municipal Summer School, representations and activities will be prepared in English that will be exhibited in the final day of the Summer School.

NUMBER OF PLACES: 200 maximum per week (raffle in case of exceeding the number of places established in more than 50 applications) and 50 seats maximum with dining room per week.
REGISTRATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT:
The applications will be collected and presented with a photocopy of the child's family book, until June 8 at the Department of Education located at Ginés Campos Avenue, 56A.

Once the pre-registration deadline is finished, on June 12, the Admitted Lists will be published on the bulletin boards of the Alhama de Murcia City Council, the Department of Education and Social Services and on the page: ayuntamiento.alhamademurcia.es.
In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of weekly seats available, a raffle will be held that will be public and will be held in the Conference Room of the Business Incubator for Women on June 13 at 8:00 p.m.
The draw will consist of the extraction, of a letter of the first surname of the child, the first 200 places will be the admitted participants, the rest being on waiting lists.
The final numbered list resulting from the draw will be published on June 14 in the aforementioned places followed by the reserve lists to cover possible vacancies or resignations that may occur.
Those that appear in the lists of admitted will have to pay the corresponding quota in the current account according to model of form that will be facilitated in the councils of Education and Social Services, indicating the name and surnames of the participant, the activity, option and date, delivering a copy of the receipt of entrance in said councils before the 14:00 hours of the day 19 of June of 2018.
If this were not done within this period, it would be understood as a waiver and automatically proceed to fill the vacancy with the people of the reserve lists, also following the order of the draw.
This will be notified through the telephones indicated in the registration application, having to pay the fee the day after its notification.
The informative meeting for parents will take place on Wednesday, June 20 at 8:00 pm in the Conference Room of the Business Incubator for Women, C / Luís Pasteur, s / n.
