Until September 27, 2018, inclusive, the deadline for submitting applications for individualized assistance for students with special educational needs derived from a disability or serious conduct disorder is open, provided that this need has been accredited by a certificate of a team of assessment and guidance of a base center of the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services or corresponding body of the Autonomous Community, certificate of an educational and psychopedagogical guidance team or of the guidance department depending on the corresponding educational administration, having complied with the six years of age to December 31, 2018, and be studying any of the following educational levels:
· Primary education.
· Compulsory Secondary Education.
· Baccalaureate.
· Training cycles of medium and higher grade.
· Professional artistic education.
The application will always be submitted directly at the provincial address of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training or in the corresponding body of the Autonomous Community of the applicant's family home, personally, in the indicated places, or in any of the ways provided in the Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Procedure of Public Administrations.
