On August 26, 2018, at approximately 13:20 hours, a telephone call was received from a local citizen, informing him that he had just crossed his vehicle with a white van, with a trailer, loaded with rubble, by the old road N-340, direction Alhama Totana, and that had abandoned the road at the exit that goes to the Rambla Celada.
Immediately indicated an indicator composed of two agents, due to the difficulty of identifying on numerous occasions the authors of the spills, at 13:25 hours, located in the location provided by the citizen, two men unloading different items for the purpose of of throwing them on the road in said place, consisting of a mattress, furniture, hangers, clothing, automotive metal parts, etc.
All of them formed an approximate volume of 4 cubic meters of 200 kg of weight.
Upon the arrival of the agents, with a difference of only a few minutes from the reception of the call in Emisora, they had unloaded the vast majority of the equipment, knowing of such illicit activity, in order to avoid being detected.
The goods were transported in a trailer towed by a van vehicle with Murcia license plate.
The authors of the discharges are Alhama de Murcia resident one of them and the other in the border municipality of Librilla.
The concrete area where the spillages were thrown is under the railway bridge, in the Paraje de Rambla Celada.
After being identified and informed of the legal consequences of such action, they were urged to voluntarily remove the waste they had thrown and give them an adequate treatment, accessing it.
It is unknown if the behavior observed by the identified was habitual or not, since in the place in question, there were remnants of residues deposited in previous dates, not being able to determine at that moment if they were the authors of the rest of residues, being reflected in the certified to the effect for a presumed crime against the environment, being sent all the information to the Nature Protection Service of Civil Guard.
