Grupo Fuertes joins the 'Inserta Responsable Forum', a space for collaboration and debate created with the aim of promoting the exchange of experiences
The general director of the ONCE Foundation, Jose Luis Martinez Donoso and the president of Grupo Fuertes, Tomás Fuertes, signed an agreement in Murcia today that will involve the hiring of 80 people with disabilities in the companies integrated in the holding company over the next four years .
The agreement is part of the operational programs of Social Inclusion and the Social Economy (Poises) and Youth Employment (POEJ), which is being developed by ONCE Foundation through Inserta, with the co-financing of the European Social Fund and the Youth Employment Initiative , to increase the training and employment of people with disabilities.
José Luis Martínez Donoso has ensured that this agreement ratifies the long collaboration of Grupo Fuertes with the ONCE Foundation and Inserta Empleo that began in 2013 with the signing of an Inserta agreement with the ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN, renewed in 2016, which has exceeded the expected figures of hiring.
The agreement signed today "is a challenge for us, for which we have the collaboration of Grupo Fuertes".
For his part, Tomás Fuertes explained that "the creation of social wealth and collaboration with the most vulnerable groups of society are and will always be strategic objectives of our organization."
He added that "we are very proud to be able to go hand in hand with the ONCE Foundation in the essential work they are doing to improve the world".
Grupo Fuertes will have Inserta, the organization for the training and employment of the ONCE Foundation, to cover the new jobs that the company demands, to pre-select the candidates that best fit the required profile, and to provide tailor-made training that allows them to perform the assigned tasks.
The agreement also contemplates the promotion of other actions that favor the labor insertion of people with disabilities indirectly, through the acquisition of goods and the hiring of services to special employment centers.
