Within the framework of the health prevention and promotion program that is being developed by the municipal social services center, on Tuesday the second meeting-gathering took place on the theme 'Making decisions, why is it so difficult for me?'
A group of 35 people met in the auditorium of the Senior Center (La Cubana Park), to listen to Lola and talk and discuss this topic, concluding with the following ideas:
1. To decide is to take the possibility or the alternative that interests us the most.
It is not opting for the right or perfect.
2. In the decision making doubts and uncertainties appear but it is important to participate actively in it, to choose what we think is the most advantageous for us, it is important to think about us when we face decision making.
3. When we make decisions we can be wrong and it is very important to be kind to ourselves, just as we are to others.
NOTHING HAPPENS, WE LEARN.
4. Shame is the emotional cost of a mistake.
5. THE DECISIONS ARE TAKEN BY THE BRAVE PEOPLE.
When I'm brave, I run the risk of making a mistake. So what?
6. A MISTAKE IS AN OPPORTUNITY.
7. HAPPY PEOPLE, ARE WHY BECAUSE THEIR CARE IS IMPORTANT.
8. We have the right to choose and this is wonderful, to decide for ourselves.
EACH CHOICE IS AN OPPORTUNITY, A LEARNING, IT IS TO GROW AS PEOPLE, IT IS TO BE BRAVE ... IT IS TO KNOW REAL FREEDOM.
The Councilor for Social Services, Nani Navarro, thanks all attendees for their active participation in this new project and invites all those who want to participate in a new talk on November 20, where the central theme will be 'Memory, keys to exercise it. '
