The Board of Directors of Industrialhama, held this Monday, December 3, has given the green light to the sale of two plots for the expansion of a company and the implementation of a new business.

Likewise, the public entity has approved the budgets for 2019 in which the investment is contemplated in the fourth phase of urbanization of the El Valle partial plan, which will soon be put out to tender.

These works, worth more than three million euros, will complete all the roads and services pending execution and will allow the implementation of new merchants that already acquired the land beforehand.
