This Sunday, January 20 from 11:30 the presentation of the new elements that are integrated into the fountain of the Seahorses, located in the Plaza de los Patos.
The event will begin with a presentation by the Councilor for Culture and Heritage, Alicia Martínez, followed by the discovery of a plaque and reading of the poem Primavera, by the writer Magdalena Sánchez Blesa, which will be located at the foot of the fountain.
Next, the new sculpture that will crown the central body of the fountain, work of Juan Provencio Aledo, with an allegorical water motif, will be uncovered.
The music will also be present that morning with the performance of the guitarist Natalia López.
The councilor remarked that "we will remember the work, effort and dedication of all those people who designed, designed and built the first garden of Alhama for the enjoyment and leisure of all the neighbors and that, today, we continue to enjoy."
