This past weekend was held at the Athletics Track 'Úrsula Ruiz Pérez' of Lorca, the 'First Day of the Regional Championship Benjamín, Alevín and Infantile', with a large presence of athletes of the Athletics Club Alhama, who obtained a total of 10 medals
In the youngest category, Eneko Martínez won the silver medal in 2000m March, as did Wiam Hassouni in the shot put, while Hugo Gallardo won two bronze medals, in the 500cc and 500m shots.
In the junior category, Rayan Hassouni climbed the third box of the podium, hanging the bronze medal, while Daniel Cerón, did the same with the silver in the long jump test.
In the children's category, Lucia Alcón was the athlete who leapt higher in the triple jump test, obtaining the gold medal, as well as Carmen Gómez in the shot put.
Likewise, Miguel García finished in second position of the 3,000m march, getting the silver medal and Andrés Belchí obtained the bronze in the triple jump test.
The next event for athletes of the youngest, youngest and child category will be on February 24 at the 'Pista de Atletismo Monte Romero' in Murcia, where the second day of this championship will be held.
