To comply with the Third Final Provision of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and digital rights guarantee, which modifies Article 39.3 of the LOREG to allow requests for opposition to the inclusion In the copies of political parties that are delivered to the representatives of the candidates for the sending of electoral propaganda, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection reports the following:
· The telematic exclusion procedure is available at the INE's electronic headquarters from March 5.
· For the application by the electronic headquarters of the INE, an electronic certificate of those recognized at the headquarters is required (https://sede.ine.gob.es/PosidosPopicion).
· The requests by Headquarters generate an immediate notification that the interested party can print as proof.
· The application form is attached.
· All requests for exclusion made by voters until March 18 (end of the period of claims), through the formality of the Headquarters or the application form in town halls, consulates or delegations, will be taken into account in the copies of parties (CER and CERA) that are handed over on the occasion of the elections of April 28, 2019.
· The exclusion requests after March 18 will have effect on copies of subsequent election parties.
· The exclusions will be in force as long as the voters do not manifest themselves in the opposite direction.
· These are exclusions in the copies of parties for the sending of electoral propaganda, not for other purposes, such as control of voting and counting.
All voters who request the exclusion will be kept in the copies but without the address data, which are necessary for postal items.
Exhibition and claims to the Electoral Census for Cortes Generales
Once the General Cortes 2019 Elections are convened, it is recalled that the public exposure term of the electoral census is from March 11 to 18, both inclusive.
In that period, any voter can claim on their electoral data (correct errors) both in the municipalities and in the Electoral Census Office and Consulates.
As a novelty, this year voters can claim against their inclusion in the list of delivery to the political parties proclaimed for sending electoral propaganda (mod CE-1).
The list of places and tables is also exposed.
The voters can present a claim against the aforementioned relationship before the Provincial Electoral Board from March 12 to 17.
The list of places and tables was published in the BORM on March 11, 2019.
