The City Council of Alhama de Murcia, through the Training, Employment and Local Development Area, informs about the opening of the deadline, from March 22 to April 8, 2019, for the presentation of applications in the call of the program of promotion of rural employment 'District Councils of Employment' for the financial year 2019.
In order to be selected by the Regional Employment and Training Service, and subsequently hired by the City Council of Alhama de Murcia, it is necessary that they be met simultaneously, on the date of publication of the Resolution in which the deadline for submission of applications is opened , March 21, 2019, the following requirements:
- Be registered in Alhama de Murcia, at least one month before that date, and at the time of application.
It will keep this condition until the job offer is presented and the subsequent employment contract occurs.
- Have quoted and have accredited in working life, a minimum of 540 days in the Special Regime Agrarian Social Security (REA) as a worker on account of others and / or in the Special System for Social Security Employees of Social Security (SETCAA).
- Being in any of the following situations:
· Be registered as an employed employee in the Special System for Social Security Employees.
· Have contributed at least one day in the Special System for Agrarian Workers by January 1 of this year.
· Participate as an active worker in any of the works included in the resolution of the previous year of the program of promotion of rural employment 'District Councils of Employment'.
· Be a beneficiary of contributory benefit for unemployment.
· To be a beneficiary of unemployment subsidy, active insertion income (RAI), or extraordinary unemployment benefit (SED).
· Be in the waiting month prior to the application for unemployment benefit due to the exhaustion of the contributory benefit referred to in article 274.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the General Law of the Social Security, although later the application of said subsidy is not presented.
And in the period between the presentation by the City Council of the corresponding offer in the Employment Office of the SEF and the date of employment in Social Security and effective incorporation into the project, the interested person must be unemployed and registered in the corresponding Office Employment of the SEF, maintain the registration at the address by which he requested to participate in county councils and demand employment in the agricultural sector.
It is not necessary to be registered as unemployed in the SEF at the time of submitting the application to participate
