Burger King, one of the best known companies in the world of hamburgers, has opened a new establishment in the service area 'Sierra Espuña' in Alhama, next to the Mediterranean motorway (A7)
Located at kilometer 606, in the direction of Andalucía, on November 30, 2018, the inauguration of a gas station took place, within the first phase of this complex, which is now widened to accommodate restaurants and leisure areas.
'Abades Sierra Espuña Sur' is the name with which it has been named, and represents an investment by the Andalusian business group Abades in the municipality of Alhama, close to 1.7 million euros and the creation of 55 direct jobs.
It will be joined in about one month, 'Abades Sierra Espuña Norte', in the opposite direction of the highway, the same kilometer point, which will cover the demand of travelers to Valencia / Madrid.
Among the services with which it has a restaurant Burger King international chain, which includes Autoking, according to the agreement signed for the development of the brand in different service areas of the main highways of the Spanish geography.
The new complex has 120 parking spaces for buses and private vehicles, offering everything that the traveler on the route may need and which characterizes the service areas of this group, such as a Mediterranean live kitchen, outdoor seating areas , large toilets or wifi network, as well as a fuel refueling station.
