From IU-Verdes Alhama we value positively the high participation and we thank the confidence of those who have deposited the vote for United We Can.
Also the involvement of our militants and sympathizers for their work in a tight and difficult electoral campaign, in which we have said no to the embarrassing spectacle that the right-wing candidates have given us, we have managed to keep the regional deputy of Podemos Podemos in Congress and brake to the right anchored in the past.
The results reflect the worst result of the right in our country since 1993, so the future President of the Government will have to respond to the majority of progressive voters, who are against the shrillness and rupturist proposals betting on dialogue, for advancing rights and freedoms, for the defense of public services and for improving the lives of families.
With regard to Alhama, we do not consider that the results can be extrapolated to the upcoming municipal elections, in which we are already focusing on a program of concrete proposals for our people.
Convinced that the Alhameños also want a progressive government in our City Council.
