The weekend on the track gave us the opportunity to enjoy an important athletic date on the renovated track "Antonio Peñalver" Guadalentín Complex, in Alhama de Murcia.

There took place, throughout Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, the XII Combined Children's Testing Trophy 'Los Mayos' - Memorial Óscar Sánchez Andreo.

A trophy organized by the Alhama Athletics Club, the Sports Council of the Hon.

City of Alhama de Murcia and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, with the support among others of Toñifruit SL, Primafrio and Tovarsport Intersport, which offered us two days of athletic feast in which we could enjoy a fantastic level, fed by the achievement of a new regional record.

This was the case in the women's Sub16 category, where Lucía Morales won with a total of 3,621 points in the hexathlon (15.26 - 1.51 - 9.30 - 4.93 - 31.28 - 1: 47.73), which meant a new record for the Region of Murcia , improving the 3,565 points of Yolanda Pérez, between the 6th and the 7th of July in Granollers.

The category Sub10 had as winners in the triathlon the athlete of CA Murcia Tovarsport Álvaro Okwudinma, with 573 points (7.87 - 3.54 - 4.31) and Lara Isabel Salinas, of the Nutribán Sociedad Atlética Alcantarilla, with 734 (8.12 - 4.04 - 3.20), winning in Sub12 the also athlete of the sewer club Joaquín Soriano, with 839 points (8.99 - 3.71 - 8.10) and his teammate Noemí Armero in the women's section, with 1,373 points (8.99 - 4.12 - 9.06).

The category Sub14 crowned the athlete of the San Javier Team Víctor Ángel Acosta, with 2,324 points in the hexathlon (10.55 - 5.05 - 9.28 - 14.73 - 1.46 - 25.39), as well as Paula Rubio, of the Nutribán Sociedad Atlética Alcantarilla, who obtained 2,196 points in the pentathlon (13.84 - 1.46 - 7.39 - 4.48 - 20.99).

The Eliocroca athlete Pablo Lozoya achieved the triumph in the octathlon Sub16, with 4,432 points (11.19 - 11.48 - 1.80 - 33.40 - 15.62 - 2.60 - 27.71 - 3: 09.79), doing the same in the women's hexathlon with the aforementioned category record Lucía Morales

In the local competition, Alberto Sánchez won the triathlon in the Sub12 triathlon, with 321 points (10.36 - 3.03 - 4.79), with Paula Muñoz winning in women with 647 (9.74 - 2.63 - 4.97).

The local Sub14 triathlon would have Alejandro Sanchez as winner, with 934 points (8.82 - 4.01 - 8.27), as well as Marta Requena with 1.097 points (8.90 - 3.68 - 5.95), all of them from the Alhama Athletics Club.
