The Municipal Summer School 2019 opens the registration period for boys and girls of Primary Education, 1st of ESO and siblings of 3, 4 and 5 years.
As well as for children from 3 to 5 years old without siblings in Primary Education in the summer schools of the Gloria Fuertes children's school and the Los Cerezos CAI.
DATES
1st TURN (from June 24 to 28) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Without food
2nd TURN (from the 1st to the 5th of July).
3rd TURN (from July 8 to 12).
4th TURN (from July 15 to 19).
5th TURN (from July 22 to 26).
6th TURN (from July 29 to August 2).
7th TURN (from August 5 to 9).
8th TURN (from August 12 to 16).
9th TURN (from August 19 to 23).
ADDRESSED TO:
200 children per week, born between 2007 and 2013, primary school students and siblings in Early Childhood Education.
50 students maximum with dining room per week.
SCHEDULE, OPTIONS AND FEES:
Options July and August:
Option A: from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(with food).
Option B: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(Without food).
Option C: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(with food).
Option D: from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
(Without food).
Option E: 3-day bilingual minicamp next to any of the previous options at the end of July (a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 40 children will be required).
Option F: only for Primary Education students swimming course + any of the other options.
Swimming hours at 12:00 h.
Option G: 1st TURN (from June 24 to 28) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Without food.
DUES:
Option A: full month: € 200 (fortnight, € 100).
Week: € 50
Option B: full month: € 140 (fortnight € 70).
Week: € 35.
Option C: full month: € 130.
(fortnight, € 65).
Week: € 32.50.
Option D: full month: € 70.

Week: € 17.50.
Option E: € 60 / camp + any of the other options.

DISCOUNTS:
For members of AMPAS presenting receipt of payment of the timely fee: € 10 discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.
For large families, presenting a photocopy of the large family card, € 10 discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.
For single-parent families, presenting documentation that proves it, € 10 discount in total for a period of a fortnight or more.

The activities of the period between June 24 to 28 will be carried out in El Praíco and the municipal pool.
CONTENT:
ENGLISH: adapted games and play activities.
WORKSHOPS: magic, theater, ceramics, juggling, marquetry, etc.
THEMATIC DAYS: citizens of the world, water, plants, the circus, the fair, etc.
POOL: adapted games.
REPRESENTATIONS: theater, songs, dances, exhibitions, etc.
MINICAMPAMENTOS: in natural spaces or places of leisure of the municipality or its surroundings.
EXHIBITION AND FINAL PARTY: as an evaluation of what happened at the Summer School.
NOTE: all activities will be adapted to the ages included in this Summer School.
These will be organized in groups of 25 students per monitor maximum, where they will rotate to participate every day in all activities.
During the development of the 2019 Summer Municipal School, representations and activities will be prepared in English that will be exhibited on the final day of the Summer School.
NUMBER OF PLACES:
200 maximum per week (draw in case of exceeding the number of places established in more than 50 applications) and 50 seats maximum with dining room per week.
REGISTRATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT:
The applications will be collected and presented together with a photocopy of the child's family book, until June 10 at the Department of Education located on Avda.
Ginés Campos, 56 A. Phone: 868 92 10 84 from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Once the pre-registration period is finished, on June 13, the lists of admitted students will be published on the bulletin boards of the City Council of Alhama de Murcia, councils of Education and Social Services and on the page: ayuntamiento.alhamademurcia.es.
In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of weekly seats available, a raffle will be held that will be public and will be held in the conference room of the Business Incubator for Women on June 14 at 8:00 p.m.
The draw will consist of the extraction, of a letter of the first surname of the child, the first 200 places will be the admitted participants, leaving the rest in waiting lists.
The final numbered list resulting from the draw will be published on June 17 in the aforementioned places followed by the reserve lists to cover possible vacancies or resignations that may occur.
Those that appear in the admitted lists must pay the fee by means of a payment document that will be provided in the Department of Education, indicating the name and surname of the participant, the activity, option and date, delivering a copy of the deposit receipt in the council before at 2:00 p.m. on June 19, 2019. If not done within this period it would be understood as a resignation and automatically proceed to cover the vacancy with the people of the reserve lists, also following the order of the draw. .
This will be notified through the telephones indicated in the registration application, having to pay the fee the day after its noti fi cation.
The information meeting for parents will take place on Wednesday, June 19 at 8:30 p.m.
