ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN organizes the First National Meeting of Butchers and Charcuteros, which will take place next Monday, June 3, starting at 9:00 am, at the company's facilities in Alhama de Murcia.
This day, which is part of the commemorative events of the 65th anniversary of the company, will bring together 300 professionals from the sector to analyze current trends and consumption habits and exchange proposals and ideas for improvement.
The program includes lectures and round tables with different experts, including butchers, butchers, marketing consultants or those responsible for animal welfare and food safety.
