The mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Mariola Guevara, has signed a new document of collaboration with the urban entity of the Industrial Park, through its president, Justo Palomares.
The objective of this agreement, which has an amount of 36,000 euros for this 2019, is to maintain the level of services, quality and image of this industrial space by consolidating hours and equipment security service and increasing the level of hours and periodicity of street cleaning service and other actions in the field of infrastructures.
Among the commitments of the urban entity is the conservation and repair of signage, the maintenance of green areas and the cleaning of public roads, in addition to the surveillance of the Industrial Park.
The City Council, for its part, assumes the maintenance of the sanitation, supply and storm water networks, the consumption of water in the green areas and public lighting, with the commitment to progressively replace the luminaires with more modern and efficient ones with LED technology .
Specifically, it is planned to renew 87 points in the coming months in the following avenues:
· Av. Of Belgium until crossing with Av. De Francia
· Av. Of Italy (old part) of the Subs.
TO
· Av. Of Germany until crossing with Av. De Holanda
· Av. De Francia until crossing with Av. De Holanda
The City Council seeks to continue to maintain this space in the best conditions of image to increase its commercial objectives in an environment with a good image, clean and safe for the companies that are installed, and in turn that is attractive for the arrival of new industrial projects to the locality.
