The CIFP FREMM has delivered 30 preparatory actions on demand in this 2018-2019 academic year, training some 450 students, within an upward trend from the reference companies in the Region.
ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN has hired six unemployed people trained in maintenance and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment at the Integrated Training Center Arsenio Sánchez Navarro, of the Regional Federation of Metal Entrepreneurs of Murcia (FREMM).
The action represents a new case of success for FREMM in its "Training on demand" offer, which has been created to respond to the labor needs posed by companies in the Region.
Active employees already work in the maintenance area of ​​ELPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN, where they carry out preventive and corrective operations in the production area.
After its incorporation, the company has highlighted its good professional qualification, disposition and attitude.
The satisfaction of the company joins the congratulations given by the company Auxiliar Conservera, AC, a few weeks ago, which has FREMM as a strategic training partner and is currently developing a training program for the qualification of its staff within digitization
Training on demand
The contracted were part of the group of 15 unemployed trained in maintenance and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment, leaving prepared as maintenance mechanics, industrial assemblers and automated line maintainers.
For this, they had to face a course of 510 hours of training and 80 hours of professional work practices.
Boom between companies
FREMM has been providing a la carte training since 2000, a trend that has increased in recent years, according to the president of the metal.
In the 2018-2019 academic year, 30 training actions have been given on demand for the training of 450 students.
Among the companies covered by this formula, which is subsidized, are Noksel, Grupo Huertas y Estructuras Lyms and Himoinsa, in addition to AC and, now, ElPOZO ALIMENTACIÓN, among others.
The FP FREMM Integrated Center has been running for more than 35 years and is specialized in the metal sector.
Its training offer ranges from Regulated Vocational Training courses to courses for unemployed, recycling and self-financed or private;
He also teaches master and postgraduate courses, as well as on-demand training.
80% of the unemployed trained leave with a qualified job.
