After the first part of the workshop on detection, attention and referral of sexual violence in leisure environments, the Department of Equality starts a second 'Workshop of planning and organization of violet dot' for the # FeriaAlhama2019 that will be held on the 18th and 19th September from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
It is an initiative that aims to train volunteers to fight for an Alhama free of sexist aggressions (slogan title), and is aimed at deepening the problem of sexual aggressions in leisure environments as well as preparing Volunteers to participate in violet points.
This training would be within the measures of the State Pact regarding gender violence developed by the Alhama City Council to raise awareness and prevent any form of violence against women.
CONTENTS
DAY 1: Compression of the problem of sexual violence.
· Deepening the causes of sexual violence.
· Specifications of nighttime leisure contexts.
· Promoting a culture of good treatment in sexual relations.
DAY 2: Development of awareness skills and first reception.
· Abilities and strategies for awareness.
· Building effective messages (tuning and persuasion).
· Review of the sensitization route.
· First reception or attention in crisis.
· Organization, logistics and team management.
