This Sunday, November 24, coinciding with the day of the International Volunteer Day, the Alhama City Council, in collaboration with the Ecoembes association and the Paparajote Factory company, will hold a recycling workshop from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
in the Constitution Square.
The action is part of the 'Think with the lungs' campaign, promoted by Ecoembes, and with which the City Council has been collaborating since June 2017.
The objectives set for this day are to raise awareness about the importance of separate waste collection in the adult population, promoting recycling within the family nucleus.
The morning will be energized through games, in which you will learn in a fun way what waste is going to each container, especially those whose destination is the yellow container.
The monitors will give information about recycling and air pollution to the public, there will also be a photocall in which attendees can take a photo and take it printed, as a souvenir, for free.
A food bag will also be given away.
The session encourages all its neighbors to participate in this event to become aware of the importance of recycling.
Your collaboration is essential.
