The Emergency Coordination Center 1-1-2 Region of Murcia has received a call at 4:44 p.m.

informing that a truck driver was unconscious outside a truck located in the Sierra Espuña Service Area car park on the A-7 motorway towards Murcia, at the height of exit 606 in the municipality of Alhama de Murcia.

The medical coordinator of the Department of Emergency and Health Emergencies 061 has mobilized an ambulance of the Emergency Service that after examining the affected person confirms the death of the same.

The civil guard is informed of the event and sent units awaiting the removal of the body by judicial authority.

The causes of death are unknown.

The deceased is a male of about 55 years.
