Nearly eighty professionals from the world of hairdressing and aesthetics have put their good work at the service of a good cause today in Alhama de Murcia.
The Adolfo Suárez Sports Pavilion has hosted the "Solidarity for the Hairs" initiative, the benefit of the Association of Rare Diseases D´Genes and the Francisco Munuera Foundation.
From ten in the morning and until approximately five in the afternoon, hairdressers, barbers and beauticians have made haircuts, hairstyles, beard arrangements, filing and nail polishing or makeup, among other services, to raise funds for D ´Genes and the Francisco Munuera Foundation.
Each ticket for a service had a price of 8 euros and throughout the day there have been many people who have come to groom themselves and incidentally contribute to this solidarity initiative.
In addition, the organization of the event had prepared other parallel activities to liven up the day, such as musical and dance performances or gift raffle.
The president of D´Genes, Juan Carrión Tudela, wanted to thank all the professionals in the world of hairdressing and aesthetics who have collaborated in this initiative, as well as the groups that have carried out actions. collaboration with the City of Alhama de Murcia, whose mayor Mariola Guevara and other members of the municipal corporation have also gone through this activity;
to all the volunteers who have contributed their efforts for the good development of the day and to the many people who have participated in it, as well as to the collaborating companies.
